E-design is an affordable, easy and convenient way to get professional design advice. This service is right for you if you have basic computer skills,  are able to implement the design recommendations yourself (or contract them out), and are able to source and test samples. If you are willing and able to do some of the leg work an e-design package is an ideal choice for you. 

Our e-design consultations are tailor made for each customer, we take the time to research colours, materials and finishes that will best suit your needs. We take in consideration your home's existing finishes and furniture and choose the paint colour that will work with what you have. We also consider your design preferences and take the time to find the best  personalized solution for your project. 

Because our design recommendations are based on your needs and preferences it is important that we get to know a bit about you, your home and how you use your space. This will help us narrow down the countless options available. Because with e-design there is no face to face meeting it is a crucial part of the process. 

It is common practice for e-design services be paid upfront  for the following reasons: it streamlines the process, the scope of the project is defined and accurately priced, there is limited direct interaction between the designer and the client . All of these keep the services are affordable and convenient.

Unused e-design package refunds will be issued within 90 days of your purchase and prior to you sending us your completed questionnaire and photos.

If you are unhappy with the selections provided, we ask you to give us a chance to correct the issue by sending us your colour and sample testing photos for our review. We understand if some of our recommendations will not be love at first sight for you, chances are the selection was made because one of your existing elements warrant it. Revisions are considered on case by case basis and if required we will supply an additional set of recommendations based on your feedback. 

Sorry, but for the foreseeable future we will only be able to serve Canadian clients. At this point it is the simplest and most cost effective option. The good news is by keeping cost down we are able to keep our fees low. We will keep you posted if things change.
